Who runs this website
This website is run by the CHORUS team at the Biomedical Data Science Center of Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), Switzerland. For any question about your data, write to us through the contact form.
What we collect
Browsing this website does not require any personal data. We set no cookies, use no analytics or advertising tools, and load no fonts or scripts from other companies, with one exception: the spam check on the contact page (see below).
When you send the contact form, we receive what you enter: your role, institution, name, work email, telephone number if you give one, subject and message.
Why we use it
We use the information you send only to answer your request and to follow up on it. We do not use it for marketing and do not sell or share it. We process it with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers the contact form to our team inbox at CHUV. The form content passes through Cloudflare's network and is not stored on the website.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is sent by a person. It processes technical information about your browser and connection for this check only.
- Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
Cloudflare may process data outside Switzerland and the European Union, under its data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to us through the contact form. You can also contact the data protection authority in your country.

We will update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
